Accessibility for Hearing Impaired and CALD clients.

Integrated Support Personnel (ISP) aims to be an inclusive and accessible organization to all clients and staff who enter our service. At present our staff support English, Greek, and Italian languages, but unfortunately, we are not able to have full-time interpreters for all hearing impaired and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) members of our community. However, with prior notice, we can organise an alternate form of communication to suit your needs (interpreter, video call, TTY etc.). If you or someone you represent requires accessibility assistance, please contact ISP via your preferred method and we will endeavor to accommodate your needs.
